Stupid internet people...

So I FINALLY have the internet back. I've been waiting and waiting for the stupid people to fix it and what do you know... I did it myself. I told them from the beginning that I thought an install CD needed to be put on my computer and they told me no. But guess what? It worked. Thank god! I've missed the internet.

It's been a while since I've written on this. I just thought I would let people know that I have an amazing, sweet, wonderful, caring, funny, incredible boyfriend. He's the one from Kentucky. I like him so much and we are having a lovely time together....

Hot date tomorrow...

I'm so excited for tomorrow night. I have to drive back to laramie from casper and work an 8 hour shift. But then, my new guy is cooking me dinner. I bought a new shirt for dinner tomorrow because I want to look special. I called him today which is good for me because I rarely do things like that. We played a nice game of phone tag. I have to call him at work, so I would call, then I wouldn't have my phone for like two seconds and he would call and of course by the time I would call him back, he wouldn't be there again. But we eventually got in touch with each other. He said that he would make dinner and he told me to bring a bottle of wine. Sounds like it could be romantic. I'm so excited....

I'm starting to date this amazing guy. He's going to be an astronomer, he's a good cook, we have fun together, he's really sweet, and he's from Kentucky. He's going to hold off his dinner on Friday so that he can cook for me when I get off work at 9. I'm so happy. He makes me happy. I really hope that something comes out of this, but if not he'll be a great friend. All I care about is that I'm pretty damn happy right now and I like the feeling....

Circles...

So I'm sitting in the union watching people go by. It's unusually busy today because of orientation. I see anxious kids and their parents looking at maps, ready for their next meeting. You see some friends go and now here come a whole new group of students. It's kinda nice to see that circle working. People moving on and people starting. I love to see the looks on their parent's faces... awe at what their child is starting, pride for their child's accomplishments, nervousness for what their kid is about to start. I can't believe that was me three years ago. It's funny how time flies....

Well, my first summer school class ends today. How crazy. I can't believe how fast these past three weeks have gone. I'm happy that this class is all over and done with and that I get next week off. I really hope I get to go home. I miss home.

I can't get internet at my apartment yet. My stupid computer has everyone stumped. I have to try and call apple tech support sometime in the next day or two to see if they can figure out the problem. I hate being without the internet. It drives me crazy!!

Moved...

Well, I have officially moved to my new place and am completely out of the old one. I'm glad I have somewhere new to live. I get to decorate again so that's fun. I'm having dinner tonight so I thought I should at least get my kitchen done and organized so I worked on that all day yesterday. Fun stuff. I'll keep you updated....
